Responsible for people leadership, global capital-process stewardship, vendor management, and measurable business outcomes. Role requires a Bachelor in Engineering, 12+ years in manufacturing tech, and 5+ years of cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in manufacturing technology, automation, industrialization, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong working knowledge of Lean and high-variation, low-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead global AMT strategy, portfolio leadership, and execute a 3–5 year technology roadmap.
• Oversee global capital process governance, CERs, and investment planning.
• Manage global vendor and equipment portfolio, supplier development, and lifecycle.
• Drive deployment, adoption, and measurable business outcomes across regions.
• Develop talent, build succession, and lead organizational capability.
• Own AMT expansion playbook and ensure readiness at each gate.
