Job summary

BAC (Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc.) seeks a Manager to lead the global Manufacturing Processes organization and its Advanced Manufacturing Engineers (AMEs). You will drive NPI manufacturing-readiness and the deployment of standards across plants worldwide.

The role requires transforming DFMA insights into repeatable manufacturing solutions, tracking adoption, and guiding cross-functional teams to optimize processes and outcomes. Domestic/international travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
• Advanced degree preferred for leadership roles.
• 10+ years in manufacturing engineering and new-product process definition.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMEs assigned to NPI programs and establish manufacturing deliverables.
• Translate DFMA direction into repeatable NPI execution.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness, prototypes, pilots, and plant handoffs meet requirements.
• Prioritize process initiatives and govern deployment of process standards and PFMEA.
• Lead, coach, and develop engineering teams; set goals and provide feedback.
• Align product, engineering, supply chain, and operations to translate decisions into systems and training.
• Manage budgets and resources, and interpret business data affecting priorities.
• Create and maintain the Manufacturing Processes expansion playbook and readiness for run-at-rate.
