You will lead data-driven segmentation, competitive analysis, and go-to-market planning across regions and functions. You will collaborate with senior leaders to align regional and global strategies, drive business development, and accelerate BAC’s investments in markets worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, research, or engineering required.
• MBA preferred for leadership roles.
• 10+ years relevant experience in marketing or business management.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research to establish data-driven market dynamics, segmentation, and competitive positioning.
• Track market share and analyze competitors globally and regionally.
• Collaborate with Global VP, Marketing to identify and evaluate competitor strategies.
• Lead annual strategic planning with regions, functions, and executive leadership.
• Coordinate with regional marketing to align BAC strategies and leverage regional assets.
• Identify factors influencing market dynamics and document trends.
• Find and evaluate opportunities for potential investments.
• Use SWOT, Five Forces, surveys, and focus groups to build a facts-based market view.
• Propose well-developed, data-supported global strategies balancing global and regional interests.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop short and long-term strategies aligned with global goals.
