Job summary

L.E.K. Consulting is seeking an experienced Alumni Engagement Manager to lead the global alumni program and act as the voice for the alumni community. You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Talent teams to translate alumni needs into engagement opportunities that strengthen loyalty and support business priorities.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Corporate Communications & Alumni Relations and is based in a hybrid U.S. office.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in alumni relations or closely related field.
• Management consulting or other professional services experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience operating in a global or cross-border capacity preferred.
• Direct experience with PeoplePath or similar CRM/alumni platforms, and with Salesforce preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or other relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of L.E.K.'s global alumni strategy, setting priorities, KPIs and a program roadmap.
• Translate the firm's strategic plan into an alumni engagement agenda that builds brand equity and pipeline.
• Manage program budget, vendor relationships and creative resources supporting alumni initiatives.
• Develop strategic initiatives to strengthen engagement across the alumni lifecycle and employee experience.
• Plan and oversee integrated alumni communications across portals, newsletters, and social channels.
• Design and host high-impact global alumni events, in-person and virtual.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to streamline boomerang candidate pipelines.
