Job summary

L.E.K. Consulting seeks an experienced Alumni Engagement Manager to lead the strategic and operational execution of the global alumni program, strengthening the firm’s brand, talent strategy and community.

You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, Talent Acquisition and People Teams to translate alumni feedback into meaningful engagement opportunities. Reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Communications & Alumni Relations, you will drive engagement initiatives across regions, ensuring

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in alumni relations or closely related field.
• Experience working in a global or cross-border capacity highly preferred.
• Direct experience with PeoplePath or similar CRM/alumni platforms, and with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of global alumni strategy, setting priorities and KPIs.
• Manage program budget, vendor relationships and resources.
• Plan integrated alumni communications across portals, newsletters and social channels.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Business Development to strengthen engagement and pipelines.
