Job summary

Reporting to the Senior Associate Director for Regional Alumni Engagement, you will mentor volunteer leaders, coordinate events, and align regional programs with university priorities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience, strong planning and communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong organization, prioritization, multitasking and attention to detail.
• Effective written and oral communication, judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Advise, support, train and steward alumni volunteer leadership in assigned regions.
• Plan, market and help execute on-campus and regional alumni events.
• Analyze and track alumni engagement metrics and manage budgets.
• Collaborate with campus partners and other offices to maximize participation.
