Job summary

Dragos is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own integrations and the Dragos Technology Partner Program end-to-end. You will define the roadmap for Dragos-developed integrations, govern the partner ecosystem, and lead enablement across Product, Engineering, GTM, and CX.

This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role at the intersection of partner relationships, customer needs, and internal stakeholders. You will ensure secure, scalable integrations and coordinate the software development life

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including technical, platform/API, integrations, or developer-facing products.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a roadmap and prioritize effectively.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with ability to drive outcomes across Engineering, GTM, CX, Legal, and Marketing.
• Experience managing external relationships: partners, vendors, or a developer/partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision and strategy for Dragos Platform integrations aligned to customer demand and business needs.
• Rank and sequence integration requests into a clear roadmap based on discovery and strategic value.
• Translate priorities into clear requirements for in-house and outsourced teams; collaborate with Engineering on sequencing and delivery.
• Govern the portfolio of partner-developed integrations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Establish governance to keep integrations documented and up to date as partners evolve their technology.
