Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Global Alliance Lead to manage strategic alignment with Global Systems Integrators. You will guide opportunities, build capabilities, and run go-to-market campaigns across Google Cloud products, engaging with partners to scale their worldwide business.

You will work with sales, product, legal, and enablement teams to ensure partner success, influence strategy, and drive customer outcomes globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, enterprise sales or business development, incl. 5 years with GSIs.
• Experience with public cloud solutions in the enterprise segment.
• Experience designing go-to-market models with GSIs.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with C-level stakeholders and foster executive relationships.
• Develop business plans with clear priorities and goals for pipeline and wins.
• Create go-to-market offerings with partners and justify investments.
• Define and track performance against measurable success metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for long-term partnerships.
