Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Global Alliance Lead to drive strategic partnerships with Global Systems Integrators. You will shape the partner's journey from identifying opportunities to delivering customer success, aligning with product, sales, and enablement teams across markets.

You will define alliance strategy, build cross-functional teams, and lead C-level engagements to scale partner-driven growth using Google Cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in strategy consulting, enterprise sales or business development, including 5 years working with GSIs.
• Experience with public cloud solutions and services in the enterprise segment.
• Experience in designing and building go-to-market models with GSIs.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with C-level stakeholders and partner executives across sales and engineering.
• Develop business plans with clear priorities and goals for pipeline and wins.
• Create offerings and go-to-market initiatives with partners and quantify opportunities.
• Define, track and analyse performance against measures of success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Google and partner organizations for long-term partnership.
