You will lead consultative sales, pursue opportunities, coordinate with pricing and operations, and travel up to 50% to engage key

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in international freight forwarding
• Minimum 5 years in business development or sales in international airfreight
• Strong knowledge of airfreight operations, docs, and routing
• Experience using CRM to manage pipelines and forecasts

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international business opportunities with focus on airfreight
• Lead consultative sales of Ascent’s international airfreight portfolio
• Collaborate with pricing, procurement, and operations to build proposals
• Develop partnerships with airlines, GSA, and overseas agents for capacity
• Maintain a strong pipeline and client relationships through travel and meetings
• Provide customers with market intelligence and logistics recommendations
