Job summary

DSV Air & Sea is seeking a dynamic Freight Forwarder to schedule ocean and air bookings for hazardous and nonhazardous cargo and ensure timely delivery. You will gather client needs, prepare paperwork, and work with government releases as required.

The role requires Freight Forwarding experience with strong numerical and communication skills, plus proficiency in CargoWise One and MS Office. This is a fast-paced position within a global logistics team.

Qualifications

• Freight forwarding experience preferred.
• CargoWise One experience a definite plus.
• Proficient computer skills: MS Outlook, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Effectively schedule ocean and/or air bookings for hazardous and nonhazardous shipments.
• Ensure complete and timely delivery of freight by gathering client requirements and preparing paperwork.
• Process data in company system and obtain consular and government releases as needed.
• Identify tasks needing special handling and propose improvements to management.
