Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics preferred.
• Ocean import/export experience highly desirable.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean_import and export processes including customs clearance and delivery to final destination.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and trucking companies to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and submit documentation for customs clearance (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers; maintain relationships and address issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and regulatory compliance.
