Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or quantitative field or related field with strong analytical skills
• Five years of aviation scheduling, operations planning, or surface transportation scheduling planning
• Four years of managerial leadership and mentorship experience or two years with proven cross-functional leadership and profit impact

Responsibilities

• Direct development, implementation and evaluation of airline and linehaul truck schedules
• Optimize product routing through linehaul system for timely package movement
• Lead and train 50+ staff and manage an annual budget around $4.0 million
• Coordinate capacity planning and tender times with USPS to meet service obligations
