Job summary

Federal Express Corporation seeks a senior Commercial Transportation Product leader to develop and execute strategies for our physical transportation, same-day delivery, and alternate delivery products, across the product lifecycle and delivery economics.

You will translate customer insights into marketing and commercial positioning, lead cross-functional launches, mentor team members, and drive data-driven decisions through advanced analysis of VoC, market factors, and pricing scenarios.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research.
• More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements; A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer insights and VoC findings into targeted marketing, sales, and commercial positioning strategies to drive volume and revenue growth across our transportation product lines.
• Designs and leads structured qualitative and quantitative VoC initiatives to understand delivery expectations and friction points.
• Independently leads market, economic, and competitive evaluations to assess transportation product performance, with a focus on cost structures.
• Conducts rigorous, fact-based data analysis and interpretation to uncover business insights and designs models for pricing strategies.
• Identifies, defines, and prioritizes new physical delivery product offerings and market expansions, building business cases.
• Leads and executes complex commercial product launches and logistics initiatives across large cross-functional teams.
• Mentors team members in the commercial business team.
• Performs other business-related duties as assigned.
