Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in dock operations environment or distribution center setting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Enter and review data in systems to support functions.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management.
• Serve as frontline customer service to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Assist with audits and data retrieval as needed.
• Ensure proper package scanning and status updates for timely delivery.
