Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute line haul strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Optimize lane volumes, carrier capacity, pricing, and service levels.
• Drive profitability through network density, routing, and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Carrier Management, Pricing, Sales, Finance, and Technology.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor line haul performance.
• Partner with HR for talent development and succession planning.
• Communicate market trends and strategic recommendations to leadership.
