Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or related field or Bachelors in quantitative/scientific discipline with seven years of relevant experience.
• Five years of aviation scheduling/operations planning experience.
• Four years of managerial leadership experience or proven track record of leading large cross-functional teams delivering significant profit or tech transformations.
• Experience with Ops Research based models or ML/AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Directs development, implementation, and evaluation of airline and linehaul truck schedules; optimize routing and ensure timely package movement.
• Leads 50+ staff and administers a multi-million dollar budget.
• Collaborates with departments to minimize cost per package and coordinate lane distributions with USPS.
• Chairs Global Linehaul Management Forum and communicates routing information.
• Develops load plans and coordinates phase-in of new systems and aircraft deployment.
