Jobot in Atlanta is seeking an Air Import & Export Specialist to join a team with great culture. You will manage full-cycle air shipments, coordinate documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional service to customers worldwide.

The role requires experience in air import/export operations or international freight forwarding, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Experience in air import and export operations or international freight forwarding preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Shipment Delivery on time per customer's request.
• Coordinate full-cycle of air import and export shipments from origin country to final destinations.
• Prepare and review documentation for customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments.
• Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing.
• Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in the internal system.
