Jobot is seeking an Air Specialist in Atlanta, GA for an on-site, permanent role. The candidate will manage end-to-end air import/export shipments, ensure timely delivery, and prepare customs documentation, while maintaining compliance with CBP, FMC, and related regulations.

The position requires strong organization and communication skills and proficiency with MS Office tools. Joining provides exposure to a global logistics leader and comprehensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in air import/export operations or international freight forwarding preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Shipment delivery on time per customer's request.
• Coordinate full-cycle of air import and export shipments from origin to final destination.
• Prepare and review documentation for customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with CBP, FMC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments.
• Track, trace, and monitor shipments to ensure timely processing.
• Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry in internal systems.
