Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Itasca, IL is seeking an International Operations Agent - Air Export to work with clients, carriers, customs brokers and agents to move cargo quickly and efficiently across the world.

You will prepare export/import documents, track shipments, provide billing information to accounting, and communicate with clients about freight disposition, routing and quotes—powering accurate, on-time service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years related experience.
• Knowledge of export/import regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deals with clients, customs and agents to ensure fast cargo movement.
• Prepares export, import and customs clearance documents.
• Tracks and traces cargo to ensure proper movement and delivery.
• Provides billing information to accounting with accuracy.
• Communicates with clients regarding freight disposition, routing and quotes.
• Coordinates with other branches to ensure service excellence.
