Total Quality Logistics in Cincinnati, OH seeks an International Logistics Coordinator - Air Export to drive the air freight forwarding business. You will coordinate shipments from booking to delivery, communicate with overseas partners, and ensure accurate documentation, tracking, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field (preferred) and 2+ years of air freight experience; proficiency with CargoWise and MS Office is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years in air freight forwarding or export coordination.
• Proficiency with air export documentation and INCOTerms.
• Experience with CargoWise or similar TMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of Air Export shipments from booking to delivery.
• Communicate with overseas agents, carriers and service providers.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Track shipment status and update clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customs brokers and address clearance issues.
• Maintain accurate export records and KPIs.
