JLL seeks a senior leader to establish and run JLLT's AI transformation office, partnering with global business lines to identify, shape and implement AI ambitions that unlock sizable savings. You will own the end-to-end delivery, from opportunity identification to realisation, and manage an extended delivery model with internal and external teams.

The role requires 15+ years of transformation leadership, experience in platforming or offshoring, and a strong track record delivering AI-enabled

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years leading large scale business transformation with demonstrable financial benefit at enterprise scale.
• Offshoring or platforming experience moving work onto shared/productised models.
• Track record implementing AI or technology solutions in an operational setting.
• Fast and agile ways of working with incomplete information.

Aufgaben

• Establish and lead JLLT's AI transformation office, partnering with business lines globally to identify, shape and implement AI ambitions.
• Build and maintain the opportunity pipeline across business lines and quantify the benefit case for each.
• Lead the Rewire pillars to deliver holistic end-to-end solutions spanning tech, people and process.
• Own benefit realisation and track savings from identification to delivery.
