Job summary

Dust is seeking an AI Support Engineering Lead to own and scale the Support function. You will lead the development of AI agents, automation workflows, and knowledge systems that reduce manual work and improve customer outcomes.

You will hire and mentor engineers, set high standards for escalations, and drive system improvements that shape product and documentation as Dust grows. This is a hands-on leadership role at Dust's Paris offices.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling a support engineering function.
• Strong technical aptitude, able to read code and analyze logs.
• Proven ability to define and execute system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Support as a Product backlog.
• Lead the AI systems that automate support workflows.
• Hire, onboard, and develop the support engineers.
