Job summary

Dust is seeking a Senior AI Support Engineer to define and own the AI-powered support infrastructure. You will design agents, automation, and workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability while resolving complex customer issues with context and precision.

You will collaborate with engineering and product to translate customer pain into actionable product feedback, build internal tooling, and shape support strategy as Dust scales globally.

Qualifications

• Strong technical depth with APIs, logs, and internal tooling.
• AI fluency at builder level; experience building agents and automations.
• Experience operating at the strategy layer of support, tooling, and product feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered systems to scale Dust support.
• Investigate complex customer issues across logs, internal tooling, and product behavior.
• Measure impact and iterate until improvements are visible.
