Job summary

Teach For All seeks an AI-forward technology leader to work with the Technology & Innovation team and partners globally to identify and implement transformative AI solutions that accelerate network impact. This role will drive strategy across the network and internally to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

You will help build a community of technology enthusiasts across staff, fellows, and alumni, and guide two solutions engineers and a UI/UX specialist toward ambitious outcomes.

Qualifications

• Computer Science or related degree and proven AI-forward delivery.
• 7+ years of experience delivering AI-powered solutions.
• Experience with AI libraries and frameworks, plus TS and Python.
• REST-based API integration, including Generative AI APIs.
• Proficiency with Git and version control.
• UI/UX design experience.
• Experience with Google Cloud and cloud technologies.
• Open-source contributions.
• Ability to work across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI-forward technologies for network partners.
• Develop a strategy to prioritize key technologies.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure accessibility.
• Synthesize holistic solutions within budgets and timelines.
• Train end users and support the Technology & Innovation team.
• Identify metrics and report on progress across projects.
• Lead a team of 2 within the Technology & Innovation group.
• Build and grow a technology community across the network.
