Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, business administration, risk management, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, technology, security strategy and execution, or related field.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives in a large enterprise (globally).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity strategy, governance, and operating models.
• Ability to translate complex technical and risk information into clear business implications for executives.
• Experience with strategic planning, performance management, financial planning, portfolio management, or organizational operations.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, etc., and experience with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CISO to execute strategy, roadmap, priorities, and objectives.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable initiatives, milestones, and outcomes.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and execution gaps across the security portfolio.
• Lead high-priority initiatives crossing organizational boundaries.
• Ensure security priorities align with business objectives and IT strategy.
• Establish and manage the operating rhythm for the Office of the CISO.
• Prepare executive briefings for boards, regulators, and leadership meetings.
• Coordinate information flow into/out of the CISO's office and ensure clear commitments.
• Provide visibility into security spending and vendor commitments.
• Manage budgets for InfoSec and security program portfolios.
• Support portfolio management across security programs and investments.
• Evaluate investment proposals to focus on top risks and objectives.
• Define and monitor KPIs, KRIs, and program health measures.
• Develop concise presentations translating cybersecurity into business terms.
• Monitor roadmap progress and recommend corrective actions.
• Promote consistent prioritization and accountability methods across InfoSec.
• Coordinate AI-related security considerations for enterprise initiatives.
• Track AI and emerging tech-related security commitments and dependencies.
