Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, business administration, risk management, or related discipline.
• Eight or more years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, technology, security strategy and execution, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or equivalent.
• Proven experience using AI tools/LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude).
• Strong ability to translate technical risk into clear business terms.

• Execute the CISO strategy, roadmap, priorities, and annual objectives.
• Translate priorities into measurable initiatives, milestones, and outcomes.
• Lead high-priority initiatives across organizational boundaries.
• Manage the Office of the CISO operating rhythm and executive communications.
