Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, IT, business or risk management.
• Eight+ years of progressive cybersecurity, technology, strategy, or related experience.
• Experience supporting senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives in a global enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity strategy, governance, operating models.
• Ability to translate technical risk into clear business implications for executives.
• Experience with strategic planning, financial planning, portfolio management, or operations.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate the CISO strategy into measurable initiatives and outcomes.
• Lead enterprise-wide security programs and cross-functional initiatives.
• Establish and manage the Office of the CISO operating rhythm.
• Prepare executive briefings for boards, regulators, and leadership.
• Monitor security budget, vendor commitments, and resource allocation.
• Develop KPI and KRIs; communicate progress and risks.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Internal Audit, Privacy, HR, and Finance.
