Job summary

Darktrace is building a world-class team of Global Blackbelts to drive AI security opportunities worldwide. The role focuses on helping customers deploy AI at scale with governance and control over data, agents, and workflows.

As a Global Blackbelt, you will partner with sales, product management, and engineering to accelerate revenue growth, mentor engineers, and present to CISOs and executives, shaping the future of AI security at Darktrace.

Qualifications

• Experience as a security strategist or similar customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of AI risks and governance frameworks.
• Experience enabling complex AI security sales motions.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI security strategies with account teams to grow revenue and platform adoption.
• Serve as senior technical authority for AI security across enterprise, cloud, SaaS, OT.
• Lead executive briefings, workshops, and Proof of Value engagements.
• Mentor field engineers and account teams on AI security tech and positioning.
• Advise customers on GenAI platforms, AI agents, and governance controls.
• Present thought leadership and demonstrate Darktrace / SECURE AI capabilities.
• Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and security leaders for trust and expansion.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmap and feedback.
