Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking an Applied AI Architect, International Policy, to advise governments and international bodies on frontier AI. You will help partners evaluate, test, and deploy AI with a focus on safety and reliability, working across policy, product, and research teams.

You’ll lead demos, pilots, and workshops, while traveling to strengthen partnerships and shaping safe AI strategies for public-interest missions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in roles with governments or international organizations
• Experience in technology policy, AI safety, cybersecurity, or international affairs
• Designed innovative technical solutions for public-sector platforms
• Familiarity with AI model safety testing
• Strong programming skills (Python preferred)
• Understanding of LLM fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Advise senior officials in partner governments and international institutions on frontier AI
• Develop demos, pilots, prototypes, and evaluation suites for Claude support
• Lead onboarding and hands-on workshops for partner institutions
• Collaborate with Policy, Product, Research to deliver capabilities
• Travel internationally for meetings and relationship-building
• Define a shared vision for safe, beneficial AI
• Lead strategy and execution of innovative AI solutions
