• Excellent written communication for researchers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical safety best practices and standards in frontier development.
• Participate in cross-lab discussions and standards groups.
• Review and provide input on federal, state, and global frontier AI safety bills and reporting.
• Collaborate with external affairs policy teams to strengthen the legislative framework.
• Contribute policy proposals addressing acceleration of AI R&D.
• Engage with external safety and governance communities and summarize insights.
