Job summary
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end development of a global, enterprise-grade sales planning web application. You will partner with a 50+ engineering team, define the product vision, and drive automation and intelligent recommendations to optimize AWS Go-to-Market planning.
You'll manage roadmaps, gather requirements, engage stakeholders, lead reviews, and execute launch strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; experience owning/defining roadmap strategies.
- Experience delivering features and making tradeoffs in a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions
Responsibilities
- Develop product strategy and definition.
- Define multi-year product roadmap, including Gen AI/ML integration.
- Capture and communicate business and technical requirements to engineers.
- Translate requirements into features and user stories; guide technical teams.
- Manage build against business requirements and influence engineering decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Global AWS Sales and Operations.
- Lead leadership reviews and plan user testing (UAT).
- Drive post-launch activities and feature adoption.
- Establish KPIs and identify gaps to improve performance.
- Deep dive problems and propose scalable solutions.
