Scale AI is seeking a Head of Workplace to lead the global Workplace function and real estate portfolio. You will oversee CBRE partnerships, facilities operations, budgeting, and F&B programs, while partnering with People, Security, IT, Finance and Legal across international offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a global, multi-site Real Estate and Workplace function.
• Deep experience managing integrated facilities management partners (CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield).
• Track record owning large operating and capital budgets.
• Experience negotiating leases and leading office openings and relocations internationally.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Workplace across multiple offices; own real estate portfolio.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance with service providers.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and cost-reduction while preserving experience.
• Direct workplace design, openings, expansions, and renovations.
• Partner with Security, IT, Finance, Legal to set standards and decisions.
