Cloudera in New York seeks a Director, Global AI Industry Solutions to bridge AI product R&D with high-value business outcomes for Financial Services. You will deliver executive-level guidance, prototypes, and reference architectures while aligning with sales, product, engineering, and marketing to drive revenue and market share.

This role requires 10+ years in financial services AI/ML, strong executive presence, and a BA/BS in a technical field; an advanced degree or MBA is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math or a highly technical field.
• An advanced technical degree (Master's or Ph.D.) or an MBA is a strong plus.
• 10+ years within the Financial Services ecosystem implementing AI/ML/advanced data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex Product R&D advancements into high-value business outcomes, sales playbooks, and GTM strategies for Financial Services.
• Act as a trusted advisor to key customer accounts; deliver executive-level presentations to CEOs, CDOs, CIOs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to align AI solutions with market dynamics.
• Provide AI expertise during high-value sales cycles, validate architecture, and quantify ROI for business buyers.
• Represent Cloudera at conferences and in collateral, driving market share with research-backed AI commentary in finance.
• Design, develop, and deliver AI reference architectures, prototypes, and MVPs for Financial Services use cases.
