Cloudera is seeking a Director of AI Industry Solutions to support global Sales, R&D, and Customer Retention in Financial Services. You will lead AI-driven strategy, enablement, and industry-wide initiatives while guiding teams with advanced analytics and R&D insights.

You will prototype architectures, engage with C-level stakeholders, and drive market leadership through industry-specific use cases and thought leadership. The role emphasizes collaboration and strategic influence.

Qualifications

Builder mindset with ability to prototype AI solutions.
Hands-on familiarity with enterprise AI/ML lifecycles.
10+ years in Financial Services implementing AI/ML in production.
Executive presence; able to present to C-level audiences.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate AI/R&D advances into business outcomes and GTM playbooks for financial services.
Deliver compelling executive presentations while maintaining technical credibility.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align AI solutions.
Provide AI expertise during high-value deals and ROI calculations.
Represent Cloudera at conferences and drive thought leadership in finance.
Design AI reference architectures and MVPs for FS use cases.
