Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Director of AI Industry Solutions to guide AI-driven transformation for the Financial Services sector. You will shape go-to-market strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and develop industry-specific use cases that translate R&D advances into customer value.

You will create AI content, enablement, and artifacts, represent Cloudera at conferences, and mentor internal communities while driving thought leadership and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build technical prototypes and reference architectures.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI/ML lifecycles and modern AI frameworks.
• 10+ years in Financial Services AI/analytics in production environments.
• Excellent communication, able to present to executives and engineers.
• Bachelor’s or higher in a highly technical field; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI/RD advances into business outcomes, playbooks, and GTM strategies for financial services.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts with C-level engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Eng, and Marketing to align AI solutions with market needs.
• Provide ROI-focused value engineering during high-value sales cycles.
• Represent Cloudera at conferences and in external thought leadership.
• Design and deliver AI reference architectures and MVPs for FS use cases.
