IREN, a leading AI hardware infrastructure company, is seeking a Director of Global Logistics and Spare Parts to lead the team responsible for parts readiness, RMA management, and reverse logistics across the company’s data center footprint. Reporting to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, materials management, spare parts, RMA, reverse logistics, or after-market operations.
• Global logistics and after-market operations experience for complex technology hardware.
• Deep understanding of spare parts strategy, inventory positioning, OEM warranty programs, RMA processes, repair operations, and reverse logistics.
• Ability to build scalable operating models, processes, systems, and governance in high-growth environments.
• Experience with OEM, repair, logistics, and third-party providers against performance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the global strategy for AI hardware logistics, spare parts, RMA, repair, replacement, and reverse logistics.
• Build a scalable after-market operating model for expanding global AI infrastructure.
• Establish SLAs, standards, processes, KPIs, and governance across logistics and hardware recovery.
• Balance hardware availability, response time, inventory investment, logistics cost, and lifecycle cost.
• Partner with Sr. Director to establish broader supply chain strategy and operating model.
