Job summary

IREN seeks a strategic, operational leader to own global AI hardware logistics, spares, RMA, repair, and reverse logistics. You will build scalable processes, SLAs, and governance to maximize hardware availability across data centers worldwide, partnering with cross-functional teams to align with overall supply chain strategy.

The role oversees OEM and repair-provider relationships, drives continuous improvement, and leads a team to deliver rapid failure analysis and cost-effective recovery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain, logistics, spare parts, RMA, reverse logistics, or post-sale ops.
• Global logistics and after-market ops experience for complex tech hardware.
• Deep understanding of spare parts strategy, warranties, RMA, repair, and reverse logistics.
• Ability to build scalable operating models, processes, and governance in high growth.
• Experience managing OEM, repair, logistics, and third-party service providers.
• Knowledge of inventory optimization, service levels, lead times, and lifecycle costs.

Responsibilities

• Own global strategy for AI hardware logistics, spares, RMA, repair, and reverse logistics.
• Lead scalable aftermarket operating model to support expanding AI infra footprint.
• Set SLAs, standards, processes, KPIs and governance for logistics and recovery ops.
• Develop strategies balancing hardware availability, response time, and cost.
• Partner with senior leadership to align broader AI hardware supply chain strategy.
