Tether is seeking a highly driven Head of AI Expansion to lead the global adoption of its AI ecosystem, focusing on QVAC and decentralized, privacy-preserving AI infrastructure. You will engage enterprises, institutions, and governments worldwide to deploy AI solutions built around local computing, data sovereignty, and independence from centralized cloud.

This hands-on leadership role blends commercial acumen with deep AI expertise.

Qualifications

7+ years in AI, enterprise tech, or related business development.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, and privacy-preserving architectures.
Proven experience closing large enterprise tech deals and partnerships.
Excellent relationships with senior decision-makers across enterprises or governments.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate independently.

Responsibilities

Drive global adoption of QVAC and Tether AI with enterprises, institutions, and governments.
Identify orgs offering strategic advantage for private, decentralized AI.
Structure, negotiate, and close strategic AI partnerships and deployments.
Develop partnerships across compute, hardware, and infrastructure ecosystems.
Monitor partnerships and design risk mitigation plans.
Define and execute global go-to-market strategy for Tether AI.
Build and lead the AI Expansion team across geographies.
