• Experience in B2B technology is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex events.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across sales, product, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute event strategy.
• Define and deliver a US event program aligned with business priorities (AI, Neo Cloud, enterprise and service provider segments).
• Own end-to-end execution of trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and webinars.
• Drive demand generation through events: design event experiences and campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with sales to align on target accounts, objectives, and post-event follow-up.
• Create memorable customer and prospect experiences: engage customers and prospects in AI space; reflect core messaging in event experiences; partner with creative/content/product marketing teams.
• Manage event logistics and operations: coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders; manage budgets and timelines.
• Amplify events through digital and social channels: plan promotion before, during, and after events; maximize reach and attendance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with product marketing, technical experts, regional marketing teams, and external partners; ensure alignment with product priorities.
• Measure and optimize performance: track KPIs; use insights to improve strategy and execution.
