Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Workforce Compliance Manager to own end-to-end, multi-jurisdiction compliance initiatives for QuickBooks Workforce across the US and Canada. You will define the approach, lead research, and drive implementation with Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment and scalable solutions.

You will mentor analysts, shape monitoring strategy, and explore AI-enabled workflows to expand coverage while reducing manual effort, all in service of aligning compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll compliance or regulatory research leading multi-jurisdiction programs.
• Ability to translate regulations into actionable product requirements for teams.
• Experience applying AI tools to accelerate compliance work and workflow design.
• Strong strategic thinking to align regulatory developments with product roadmaps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define monitoring coverage across domains, evaluate data quality, and document standards.
• Lead complex regulatory research across jurisdictions and mentor analysts.
• Own end-to-end requirements for multi-jurisdiction programs for accurate implementation.
• Lead delivery of compliance programs across product, engineering, legal, and operations.
• Influence product roadmap with regulatory insights and upcoming changes.
• Identify AI opportunities to enhance monitoring, research, and workflows.
• Review product configurations for regulatory alignment and remediation.
• Set documentation standards and drive audit readiness across teams.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and validate AI-generated outputs for reliability.
• Synthesize guidance across jurisdictions and generate first-draft requirements.
