Intuit Inc. seeks a Workforce Compliance Manager to lead complex, multi‑jurisdictional compliance programs across the US and Canada, owning end‑to‑end delivery and aligning with Product, Engineering, and Operations for regulatory accuracy in QuickBooks Workforce.

You will shape monitoring strategies, set standards, and champion AI-enabled workflows to expand coverage, reduce manual effort, and guide the product roadmap while mentoring analysts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll compliance, employment law interpretation, or regulatory research, leading cross-jurisdiction programs.
• Ability to translate regulations into actionable product requirements for engineering teams.
• Track record of applying AI to accelerate research and build scalable workflows.
• Strong communication to influence leadership on priorities and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Define monitoring coverage and standards across domains; expand regulatory detection.
• Lead complex compliance research across jurisdictions and employment law domains.
• Own end-to-end requirements for multi-jurisdiction programs for accurate implementation.
• Lead delivery across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations; manage dependencies and outcomes.
• Shape the compliance roadmap with Product leadership and surface regulatory trends.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI in monitoring, research, and implementation.
• Lead regulatory accuracy reviews and ensure audit readiness across teams.
• Drive documentation standards and playbooks to support governance.
• Adopt AI tools and design AI-assisted workflows for automated regulatory detection.
