Job summary

Flywire is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition, AMER to lead recruiting across the Americas, partnering with senior leaders to attract top talent in a competitive global market. You will oversee strategic workforce planning, executive partnerships, and data-driven operations while guiding hands-on recruiting across technical, corporate, and leadership roles.

You will mentor recruiters, optimize processes with AI tools, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with progressive responsibility.
• 2+ years leading recruiting initiatives, mentoring recruiters, or managing recruiting teams
• Experience recruiting across multiple AMER countries
• Strong experience hiring technical and business professionals
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and executives
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth global organization
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and execution
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience recruiting within SaaS, FinTech, Payments, or high-growth technology companies
• Experience supporting global organizations across multiple regions
• Experience leading recruiting transformation initiatives
• Experience with executive search
• Experience implementing or working within Workday Recruiting
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, GoodTime, Gem, Ashby, or similar ATS and recruiting technologies
• Knowledge of labor markets across Australia, India, China, Japan, and other AMER markets
• AI Native Expectations

Responsibilities

• Lead AMER-wide recruiting for technical, corporate, and leadership roles
• Build hiring strategies aligned with business priorities with senior leaders
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing, inclusive hiring, and market intelligence
• Drive projects focused on process improvement and candidate experience
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Immigration, and Legal throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Develop diverse talent pipelines and use dashboards to improve performance
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve sourcing, interviewing, and insights
• Ensure compliance with local employment regulations across AMER
• Mentor recruiters and coordinators to elevate team capability
• Support executive searches and confidential searches when required
• Champion a high-quality candidate experience aligned with Flywire's employer brand
• Identify opportunities to automate recruiting workflows
• Contribute to global Talent Acquisition initiatives to elevate the company
