Job summary

Domino’s International Aggregators COE is seeking an International Aggregators Business Manager to help define and execute strategies that drive incremental sales on third-party aggregator platforms while strengthening Domino’s brand across channels. You will partner with International Markets, Business Teams, and COEs to translate market learnings into practical tools and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in digital, eCommerce, consulting, aggregator strategy, or related fields.
• Familiarity with third-party aggregator platforms and digital customer journeys.
• Ability to use analytics and insights to inform recommendations.
• Strong planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions, cultures, and markets.
• International experience and travel readiness preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 15–20%).

Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and optimize aggregator strategies to drive sales growth.
• Provide hands-on support to priority markets from opportunity assessment to execution.
• Advise on balancing aggregator growth with long-term business sustainability across channels.
• Identify risks and dependencies and coordinate cross-functionally to address them.
• Support test-and-learn initiatives to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
