Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a Business Consultant to drive franchisee results within an assigned portfolio and provide leadership to franchisees. The role involves coaching, executing market plans, and ensuring contractual compliance and brand standards across sales, operations, and product initiatives.

You will work cross-functionally with COEs and support teams to launch targets, develop short- and long-term goals, and deliver actionable business insights for growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven multi-unit operations or consulting experience in QSR or franchise environments.
• Experience in multi-unit operations, knowledge of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, including public speaking.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Franchisee relationship, achieving results and driving change.
• Drive portfolio growth in new unit store development, sales, and profitability.
• Partner with Franchisees to develop data-driven plans and long-term goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Development, Supply Chain, Training, Finance, and Operations Support to implement initiatives.
• Deliver insights and recommendations while ensuring contractual compliance and brand standards.
• Coordinate with Legal and Franchisees on development agreements and addendums.
