Job summary

Domino's Corporate in the United States is seeking an organized, analytical professional to administer Store Franchise Agreements and related documentation for international corporate store franchise events.

You will manage store openings, amendments, renewals, and reporting, coordinate with master franchisees, and support field personnel on contracts and procedures. Strong MS Office skills and independent work capability are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or associate degree or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

Administer new store openings and related transactions via Domino's Connect.
Prepare and issue Store Franchise Agreements and amendments.
Prepare renewals and documentation for store sales and relocations.
Maintain renewal/expiration tickler files for Franchise Agreements.
Interact with master franchisees on contracts and requests.
Analyze and generate reports of contractual information.
Advise on franchise administrative systems for corporate and sub-franchise stores.
Assist field personnel with store openings, outstanding contracts, policies and procedures.
Assist Master Franchisees with sub-franchise agreements and documentation.
