Job description

Domino’s Pizza, which began in 1960 as a single store location in Ypsilanti, MI, has had a lot to celebrate lately: we’re a reshaped, reenergized brand of honesty, transparency and accountability – not to mention, great food! In the rise to becoming a true technology leader, the brand is now consistently one of the top five companies in online transactions and 85% of our sales in the U.S. are taken through digital channels. The brand continues to ‘deliver the dream’ to local business owners, 90% of which started as delivery drivers and pizza makers in our stores. That’s just the tip of the iceberg…or as we might say, one “slice” of the pie! If this sounds like a brand you’d like to be a part of, consider joining our team!

Job Description

The International Aggregators Business Manager supports Domino’s Pizza International’s Aggregator Center of Excellence (COE). The mission of the role is to help international markets define and execute strategies that drive incremental sales on third-party aggregator platforms while reinforcing Domino’s brand positioning across channels.

This role partners closely with International Markets, Business Teams, and cross-functional COEs to support effective aggregator strategies that are commercially impactful, operationally sound, and aligned with broader market priorities across channels including Carryout and 1P Delivery. The Manager helps translate best practices and market learnings into practical tools, recommendations, and execution support for priority markets.

  • Provide hands-on support to priority markets, helping move initiatives from opportunity assessment through execution.
  • Advise markets on best practices for balancing aggregator growth with long-term business sustainability across owned and third-party channels.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and operational constraints related to aggregator initiatives and partner cross-functionally to help address them.
  • Support test-and-learn initiatives across the aggregator experience to improve conversion, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.
Knowledge Development and Deployment
  • Help capture, organize, and evolve Domino’s international point of view on third-party aggregators through market learnings, examples, and best practices.
  • Support the development and maintenance of scalable frameworks, playbooks, tools, and guidance that enable consistent and effective execution across aggregator platforms.
  • Prepare materials and support structured knowledge-sharing forums that accelerate learning and adoption across DPI and International Markets, including recurring Aggregator Forum content and follow-up actions.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support communication and rollout of aggregator products, features, and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to markets on platform execution standards and customer experience expectations across aggregator platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with DPI Business Teams, Digital teams, and other COEs to align aggregator priorities with business and commercial objectives.
  • Build effective working relationships with stakeholders in International Markets and support follow-through on agreed priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain awareness of aggregator platform capabilities, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to help inform recommendations and support market needs.
  • Support continuous improvement of shared tools, processes, and ways of working across the Aggregators COE.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital, eCommerce, consulting, aggregator strategy, or related fields; QSR, franchisor, or multi-market experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with third-party aggregator platforms, digital customer journeys, and commercial execution principles.
  • Ability to use analytics and insights to inform recommendations and support performance improvement.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and markets.
