Golden Pet Brands is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support senior leadership in shaping strategy and execution for established and emerging brands. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and optimize marketing programs to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SEO, CX, content, and operations, with a focus on delivering cohesive messaging, improving retention, and driving subscription performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end project execution with planning, timeline management and performance analysis.
• Multi-channel campaign development to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Experience optimizing onboarding processes across inserts, email, SMS and other touchpoints.
• Developing, expanding and managing brand sampling and gifting programs.
• Strong background in website merchandising and promotions to drive revenue.
