MoneyGram International is seeking an Affiliate Program Manager to support global affiliate activities across direct and network partners, web and app channels, and DSP/CTV campaigns. You’ll partner with Creative, Analytics, Product and Growth Marketing to scale the program while maintaining regulatory compliance in a highly regulated sector.

Competenze

• Passion for scaling affiliate programs as a growth lever.
• 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate program management.

Mansioni

• Grow the affiliate program and onboard partners across web and mobile app channels.
• Own affiliate program operations within the Impact platform, including onboarding, tracking setup, campaign configuration and reporting.
• Support day-to-day management of the global affiliate program across direct and network partners.
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to grow brand visibility.
• Analyze partner and campaign data and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
• Collaborate on creative briefing, delivery and optimisation.
• Ensure quality across setup, partner management, platform management and reporting.
