Job summary

Match Group is seeking a remote Affiliate Marketing Associate to identify and onboard potential partners, nurture relationships, and support ad campaigns. You will communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced iGaming environment.

The role emphasizes long-term partner management, performance reviews, and opportunities to advance to Team Lead or Head positions. A proactive, English-fluent candidate with reliable remote setup is essential.

Qualifications

• Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in iGaming, sales, call centers, customer acquisition, or related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to write engaging, concise, and grammatically correct messages.
• Proactive attitude, initiative and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to remain reachable outside regular working hours when needed.
• Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection, personal laptop and phone.
• Willingness to learn and continuously develop professionally.
• Fully remote position.

Responsibilities

• Research online sources and identify potential affiliate partners.
• Onboard new affiliates, introduce them to the product and answer questions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners for long-term cooperation.
• Support planning, preparation and launch of advertising campaigns.
• Participate in team projects and departmental activities.
